Project Charter Oaks: Jardin du Paradis underwent a large transformation commencing with the mass editing of the full backyard; the removal of the cluttered over-grown gardens that took over the green space, removal of several large 40ft spindly mature trees that blocked the natural light, the dismantling of the rotting original small wood deck, unsafe railings and delapitated fences. It was necessary to clean the slate and expose the great sized lot so we could start a fresh to create the new spacious composite decks that allow ample space for a comfortable Dining zone, outdoor Sectional seating zone and to surround the pool. Privacy Screens were build to balance the hardscaping of the deck surfaces against the greenery. Our Client requested maintenance free gardens and planters and we designed the gardens to require a minimal time investment in the early Spring and Fall to bag some minor garden debris. The custom Urns are created from UV resistant everlasting greenery and are stored in the Cabana during the winter to preserve the loft and authencity of the plantings. The Clients were exceptionally happy with the finished reveal of their oasis Jardin du Paradis; the spacial design with ample Seating and distance between activites. The robust maintenance free composite Decking zones. Sun resistant low maintenance Urns, fabrics, materials, accessories & furnishings. And the classic and vibrant selections of mixed outdoor materials and pops of fun red, fresh white, elegant black and graphic patterns.
